This awesome wildness and magic belongs to that great land of towering mountains and Buddhist simplicity – Ladakh. The largest of the 10 provinces of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh is bordered by the Karakoram chain of mountains in the north and the Himalayas in the south. With the great Indus flowing right through Ladakh, the province is divided into Leh, the capital, Nubra, Zanskar, lower Ladakh and Rupshu. The many distinctive features of Ladakh are its uplands, craggy, barren cliffs and plateaus. Governed by a climate that provides about 50mm of each Year, Ladakh is cold and dry. One, therefore, will be faced with a long and bitter winter of frozen landscape but yet very beautiful, and a short, hot summer when the precious glaciers melt.
On the arrival at Leh airport, our representative will be there to greet you and take you to the pre-booked hotel.
After lunch proceed to leh market .By the evening you will reach the hotel, Overnight stay at Leh hotel.
Today after breakfast procedd for local sightseeing of Leh.
Today you will visit Gurudwara Pathar sahib is a beautiful Gurudwara constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak it was built in 1517 to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to Ladakh
Later you will reach at Magnetic hill is also known as “Gravity Hill”. Further that Sangam confluence of Zanskar and Indus River.

Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (On Own). Later visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries.
KHARDUNGLA PASS: The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages.
DESKIT VILLAGE: Deskit is the main village of headquarter of Nubra valley, which has a small market consisting of a row of shops and about 500 years old Gompa on the hilltop. Spectacular view of the valley can be seen form the monastery.
DESKIT GOMPA: Deskit Gompa was founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD during the reign of King Dragspa. About 100 monks are residing in the Gompa, which is a branch of Thikse Monastery. The monastic festival called Gustor takes place on 20th and 21st days of the 12th month of Tibetan calendar.
HUNDAR VILLAGE: Hundar is a beautiful village to stay with lot of trees and you will really enjoy your stay at Hundar. It has a small monastery and ruined fort above the village. The walk or Camel Safari (Double Hump bacterian camels) from Hundar to Deskit, through sand dunes for two hours is wonderful (on own). Overnight stay in Nubra.
After having breakfast at the camp, start your drive to Turtuk, which is opened for the tourist in 2010.
Turtuk was captured by India only after the 1971 war, the village Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC.
The village’s inhabitants still use traditional utensils which are crafted from stone.
Explore the village of Turtuk the village offers views of beautiful valley, part of Shyok valley.
On clear days you can have glimpse of K2 mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan.
Though a Muslim village, there are few Gompas located on the plateau above Shyok River and there is a old royal house to see in village.
You will reach Turtuk by late afternoon, overnight stay at Turtuk) for a comfortable overnight stay.
After having breakfast at guest house, start your drive towards Pangong via Shayok. On the way crossing village chulunkha, Hunder and Diskit monastery, this monastery is the oldest monastery and largest Buddhist monastery in Nubra valley.
It belongs to Gelukspa sect of the Tibetan Buddhism. It was built by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD, after that turn to your left for Shayok its total off road.
By the evening you will reach Pangong Lake, this lake acts an important breeding ground for variety of birds such as bar headed goose, Brahmini ducks.
The lake also supports a number of species of wildlife including Kiang and Marmot. The lake is largest salted lake in the world located at.
In the morning watch the mesmerizing view of sunrise over the lake and the barren mountains which appear golden due to sun rays.
After that having breakfast at the campsite, leave for leh via Changla pass. On the way back visit Hemis monastery it is one of the most famous and largest monasteries in Ladakh.
This beautiful monastery belongs to Drukpa order and was founded in the early 17th century.
Visit Thiksey monastery this monastery is considered to be the one of the most beautiful monasteries in Ladakh and belong to the Gelukspa order.
